Section 436.157 - Gifts and Grants

The commission may solicit and accept gifts and grants from any source for the purposes of this chapter. The commission shall deposit a gift or grant to the credit of the specific account that is established for the purpose for which the gift or grant was made. If a gift or grant is not made for a specific purpose, the commission may deposit the gift or grant to the credit of any of the commission's accounts created under this chapter.
