Section 432.155 - Driving While Intoxicated or While Under Influence of Narcotic Drug

A person subject to this chapter who operates a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a narcotic drug, or in a reckless or wanton manner, shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
