Tex. Gov't Code § 403.0115

Section 403.0115 - Reports Published on Internet

The comptroller shall promptly publish on the comptroller's Internet site each report that is:

(1) published by the comptroller; and

(2) public information subject to disclosure under the open records law, Chapter 552.
