Section 401.007 - Records of Expenditures In addition to maintaining records required by law with regard to the expenditure of appropriated funds, the committee shall maintain a record of each expenditure of nonappropriated funds. The record must contain the following information about each expenditure:
(1) the name and address of the entity to whom the expenditure was paid;(2) the amount of the expenditure;(3) the date of the expenditure; and(4) the purpose of the expenditure.Tex. Gov't. Code § 401.007
