Section 305.0064 - Electronic Filing of Registrations and Activity Reports(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), each registration filed under Section 305.005 and each report filed under Section 305.006 must be filed by computer diskette, modem, or other means of electronic transfer, using computer software provided by the commission or computer software that meets commission specifications for a standard file format.(b) The commission shall adopt rules under which a registrant may file paper registrations or reports on forms prescribed by the commission. The rules must be designed to ensure that:(1) use of the electronic filing system under Subsection (a) is maximized; and(2) registrants may file paper registrations or reports for good cause only.Tex.
