(a) The county sheriff, either in person or by deputy, shall attend the criminal law magistrate court as required by a judge of that court.(b) Unless the local administrative rules provide otherwise, the county sheriff, either in person or by deputy, shall attend court proceedings heard by El Paso family law masters as required by a family law master.Tex.
