Section 4008.104 - Statute Of Limitations(a) A person may not sue under Section 4008.101(a) more than three years after the date the violation occurs.(b) A person may not sue under Section 4008.101(b) more than: (1) five years after the date the violation occurs; or(2) three years after the date the person knew or should have known, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, of the occurrence of the violation.
