Section 4007.155 - Recovery Of Costs

In an action brought under Section 4007.152, 4007.153, or 4007.154, the attorney general may recover reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the attorney general in bringing the action. (V.A.C.S. Art. 581-32, Subsec. D.)
