Section 4004.304 - Renewal

A federal covered investment adviser or a representative of a federal covered investment adviser may renew a notice filing on or before the filing's expiration date if the commissioner receives:

(1) a renewal notice filing submitted by the adviser or representative; and

(2) a renewal fee in the amount determined under Chapter 4006. (V.A.C.S. Art. 581-12-1, Subsec. C (part).)
