Section 4002.105 - Career Ladder Program; Performance Evaluations
(a) The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program. The program must require intra-agency posting of each nonentry level position at least 10 days before the date of any public posting.
(b) The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations based on measurable job tasks. All merit pay for board employees must be based on the system established under this subsection. (V.A.C.S. Art. 581-2, Subsec. K.)
