Section 2308.3121 - Service Provider Limitation; Waiver(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a person who provides one-stop services may not also provide developmental services such as basic education and skills training.(b) The division may develop a waiver process for a person subject to Subsection (a). A request for a waiver must include a detailed justification based on the lack of an existing qualified alternative for delivery of developmental services in the applicable workforce development area.Tex.
