Section 2305.021 - Oil Overcharge Account(a) The oil overcharge account is an account in the general revenue fund.(b) The comptroller shall deposit to the credit of the account any amount received as a result of petroleum overcharge litigation relating to the overpricing of crude oil or refined petroleum products during the 1973-1981 period of mandatory federal price controls.Tex.
