Section 2304.068 - Administrative Charge Imposed By Local Government(a) A local government may impose a charge to cover its administrative expenses incurred in connection with a housing rehabilitation loan made by the local government.(b) The local government may deduct the charge from the amount loaned.(c) The charge may not exceed three percent of the amount of the contract for housing rehabilitation the borrower makes with a contractor.Tex.
