Section 2262.0015 - Applicability to Certain Contracts(a) The comptroller by rule shall establish threshold requirements that exclude small or routine contracts, including purchase orders, from the application of this chapter.(b) This chapter does not apply to an enrollment contract described by 1 T.A.C.
