Section 2254.031 - Renewal; Amendment; Extension(a) A state agency that intends to renew, amend, or extend a major consulting services contract shall comply with Sections 2254.028 and 2254.029 if the contract after the renewal, amendment, or extension is a major consulting services contract.(b) A state agency that intends to renew a contract that is not a major consulting services contract shall comply with Sections 2254.028 and 2254.029 if the original contract and the renewal contract have a reasonably foreseeable value totaling more than $15,000, or $25,000 for an institution of higher education other than a public junior college.(c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 953 (S.B. 65), Sec. 30(6), eff.
