Section 2175.368 - Acquisition or Improvement of Property; Rent Payments The commission may:
(1) acquire and hold title or make capital improvements to federal real property in accordance with Section 2175.369; or(2) make an advance payment of rent for a distribution center, an office space, or another facility that is required to accomplish the commission's functions under this subchapter.Tex.
