Section 2166.152 - Preparation of Project Analysis(a) The commission may retain a private design professional or use its own staff to prepare a project analysis.(b) A private design professional retained to prepare a project analysis shall be selected as provided by Subchapter E.(c) In preparing a project analysis, the commission and any private design professional it retains shall cooperate and work closely with the using agency so that the project analysis fully reflects the using agency's needs.(d) A contract to prepare a project analysis must specify that the analysis becomes the commission's property.(e) Money appropriated by the legislature may not be used for a capital construction project for which a project analysis described by this section is required until the analysis is filed with the Legislative Budget Board, the budget division of the governor's office, and the comptroller.Tex.
