Section 2166.103 - Findings on Space Needs(a) The commission shall continuously survey the state's office space needs to determine the space needed and the location of the need.(b) The commission shall identify counties in which more than 50,000 square feet of usable office space is needed and make recommendations for meeting that need. The commission may recommend leasing or purchasing and renovating one or more existing buildings or constructing one or more buildings.(c) The commission may collect appropriate information it considers necessary for preparing its recommendations.Tex.
