Section 2166.060 - Site Selection and Construction in Texas Municipalities(a) The commission may select and purchase a site in a municipality in this state to construct a state office building and adjoining parking spaces if the construction is considered necessary to house a state department or agency in the municipality.(b) The commission may plan, construct, and initially equip a state office building and adjoining parking spaces on the site selected and purchased.Tex.
