Section 2054.52009 - Civil Liability

A volunteer who in good faith provides professional services in response to a cybersecurity event is not liable for civil damages as a result of the volunteer's acts or omissions in providing the services, except for wilful and wanton misconduct. This immunity is limited to services provided during the time of deployment for a cybersecurity event.
