Section 2054.005 - Sunset Provision(a) The Department of Information Resources is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the department is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2025.(b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 48, Sec. 22(2), eff.
