Section 371.305 - Wilful Violation of Chapter; Offense(a) A person commits an offense if the person holds a license under this chapter and: (1) wilfully violates this chapter; or(2) wilfully makes a false entry in a record specifically required by this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000.
