Section 351.151 - Name and Place on License(a) A license must state:(1) the name of the license holder; and(2) the address of the office from which the business is to be conducted.(b) A license holder may not conduct business under this chapter under a name or at a place of business in this state other than the name or office stated on the license.Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1220, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/2007.
