Section 345.214 - Adding to Retail Installment Contract Premiums for Insurance Acquired After Transaction(a) A retail buyer and holder may agree to add to the unpaid balance of a retail installment contract premiums for insurance policies covering goods or services sold in a prior retail installment transaction under the contract or goods or services related to those goods or services, including premiums for the renewal of a policy included in the contract.(b) A policy of insurance described by Subsection (a) must comply with the applicable requirements of Sections 345.201, 345.203, 345.207, and 345.208.
