Section 345.202 - Credit Life, Credit Health and Accident, and Credit Involuntary Unemployment Insurance(a) As additional protection for the contract or agreement, a holder may: (1) request or require a retail buyer to provide credit life insurance and credit health and accident insurance; and(2) request or allow a retail buyer to provide credit involuntary unemployment insurance.(b) A holder may include the cost of insurance provided under Subsection (a) as a separate charge in the contract or agreement.
