Section 303.302 - Requirements Inconsistent With Federal Law(a) A person is not required to comply with a disclosure or notice requirement of this chapter that is inconsistent with federal statute or regulation.(b) A creditor may modify a disclosure or notice requirement of this chapter to conform to federal law.Amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.18(a), eff. 9/1/1999.
