Section 204.104 - No Concurrent Federal Branch or Agency(a) A foreign bank licensed under this subchapter to establish and maintain a Texas state branch or agency may not concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in this state.(b) A foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in this state may not concurrently be licensed under this subchapter to maintain a Texas state branch or agency.Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 344, Sec. 1.001, eff. 9/1/1999.
