Section 183.004 - Appeal From Adverse Decision(a) If a hearing has been held, the banking commissioner has entered an order denying the application, and the order has become final, the transferee may appeal the final order by filing a petition for judicial review.(b) The filing of an appeal under this section does not stay the order of the banking commissioner.Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.16(a), eff. 9/1/1999.
