Section 154.402 - Criminal Penalty Relating to Deposit or Withdrawal of Money(a) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) fails to deposit money in compliance with this chapter; or(2) withdraws money in a manner inconsistent with this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is punishable as if it were an offense under Section 32.45, Penal Code.
