Section 154.051 - Administration of Chapter; Fees(a) The department shall administer this chapter.(b) The commission may adopt reasonable rules concerning:(1) fees to defray the cost of administering this chapter;(2) the keeping and inspection of records relating to the sale of prepaid funeral benefits;(3) the filing of contracts and reports;(4) changes in the management or control of an organization; and(5) any other matter relating to the enforcement and administration of this chapter.(c) The department may not maintain unnecessary fund balances.
