Section 126.152 - General Powers of Conservator The conservator may:
(1) take possession and control of the books, records, property, assets, and business of the credit union;(2) conduct the business and affairs of the credit union;(3) sell or assign assets to the conservator; and(4) perform any other action as necessary in connection with the conservatorship.
