Section 126.054 - Report of Examination(a) An examiner shall report the results of an examination, including a general statement of the credit union's affairs, on a form prescribed by the commissioner and approved by the commission.(b) The department shall send a copy of the report to the board not later than the 30th day after the examination date.(c) The report of examination is confidential.
