Section 125.102 - Powers of Account Holders(a) A party to a multiple-party account may make a payment on a share or deposit account and a withdrawal subject to the account agreement.(b) A party to the account may not vote in matters pertaining to, obtain a loan through, or hold office in the credit union unless the party is a member of the credit union.
