Section 123.206 - Action As Fiscal or Transfer Agent; Transfer of Certain Instruments; Signatures
A credit union may:
(1) act as fiscal agent or transfer agent;(2) transfer a registered and countersigned certificate of stock, bond, or other evidence of indebtedness; or(3) guarantee a signature.
