Section 123.104 - Membership in Other Organization; Operation As Central Credit Union
A credit union may:
(1) be a member of: (A) another credit union organized under this subtitle or other law; and(B) another organization approved by the board; or(2) operate, with the commissioner's approval, as a central credit union.
