Section 92.062 - Amendment of Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws(a) A savings bank may amend its articles of incorporation or bylaws by a resolution adopted by a majority vote of those entitled to vote attending an annual meeting or a special meeting called for that purpose.(b) An amendment may not take effect before it is filed with and approved by the commissioner.
