Section 15.211 - Suit for Official Act or Omission(a) The attorney general shall defend an action brought against a commission member or an officer or employee of the commission because of the person's official act or omission regardless of whether the individual is a member, officer, or employee of the commission at the time the action is initiated.(b) A suit against the commission or its officers or employees may be brought only in Travis County.
