Section 11.113 - Advisory Committees(a) The finance commission may appoint advisory committees to assist the finance commission in performing its duties.(b) The finance commission shall specify each committee's purpose, powers, and duties and shall require each committee to report to the finance commission in the manner specified by the finance commission concerning the committee's activities and the results of its work.Added by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 20,Sec. 3, eff. 9/1/2019.
