Section 233.022 - Form to Request A Court Hearing on Nonagreed Order(a) A court shall consider any responsive pleading that is intended as an objection to confirmation of a child support review order not agreed to by the parties, including a general denial, as a request for a court hearing.(b) The Title IV-D agency shall: (1) make available to each clerk of court copies of the form to request a court hearing on a nonagreed review order; and(2) provide the form to request a court hearing to a party to the child support review proceeding on request of the party.(c) The clerk shall furnish the form to a party to the child support review proceeding on the request of the party.Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. 9/1/1995.
