Section 233.017 - Contents of Child Support Review Order(a) An order issued under this chapter must be reviewed and signed by an attorney of the Title IV-D agency and must contain all provisions that are appropriate for an order under this title, including current child support, medical support, dental support, a determination of any arrearages or retroactive support, and, if not otherwise ordered, income withholding.(b) A child support review order providing for the enforcement of an order may not contain a provision that imposes incarceration or a fine or contains a finding of contempt.(c) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 508, Sec. 25, eff.
