Section 233.014 - Record of Proceedings(a) For the purposes of this chapter, documentary evidence relied on by the child support review officer, including an affidavit of a party, together with the child support review order is a sufficient record of the proceedings.(b) The Title IV-D agency is not required to make any other record or transcript of the negotiation conference.Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. 9/1/1995.
