Section 233.010 - Notice of Negotiation Conference; Failure to Attend Conference(a) The Title IV-D agency shall notify all parties entitled to notice of the negotiation conference of the date, time, and place of the conference not later than the 10th day before the date of the conference.(b) If a party fails to attend the scheduled conference, the agency may proceed with the review and file a child support review order according to the information available to the agency.Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. 9/1/1995.
