Section 160.315 - Memorandum of Understanding(a) The Title IV-D agency and the vital statistics unit shall adopt a memorandum of understanding governing the collection and transfer of information for the voluntary acknowledgment of paternity.(b) The Title IV-D agency and the vital statistics unit shall review the memorandum semiannually and renew or modify the memorandum as necessary.Amended by Acts 2015, Texas Acts of the 84th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 1,Sec. 1.065, eff. 4/2/2015.Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 821, Sec. 1.01, eff. 6/14/2001.
