Section 1155.103 - Expense Charges: Requirements
All expense charges shall be:
(1) in writing, showing specifically each item of expense and the date of the expense;(2) verified by affidavit of the guardian;(3) filed with the clerk; and(4) paid only if the payment is authorized by court order.
