Section 1105.002 - Manner of Qualification of Guardian(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a guardian is considered to have qualified when the guardian has: (1) taken and filed the oath, or made and filed the declaration, required under Section 1105.051;(2) given the required bond;(3) obtained the judge's approval of the bond; and
