Section 202.056 - Waiver Of Service Of Citation(a) A distributee who is 16 years of age or older may waive citation required by this subchapter to be served on the distributee. (b) A parent, managing conservator, guardian, attorney ad litem, or guardian ad litem of a distributee who is younger than 16 years of age may waive citation required by this subchapter to be served on the distributee
