Section 84.031 - Cancellation of Application(a) An application for an early voting ballot to be voted by mail that has been submitted to the early voting clerk may be canceled only as provided by this subchapter.(b) A person whose application is canceled, if otherwise eligible, may vote in the same manner as if the application had not been submitted.Amended by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 554, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/1991.
