(a) The registrar may not charge a fee for furnishing lists required to be furnished under this subchapter except as authorized by this section.(b) The fee for each list furnished under Section 18.008 may not exceed the actual expense incurred in reproducing the list for the person requesting it and shall be uniform for each type of copy furnished.(c) The registrar shall use fees collected under this section to defray expenses incurred in the preparation of the copy.
