Section 16.063 - Reinstatement Pending Challenge(a) On the filing of a hearing request under Section 16.062, the registrar shall reinstate the challenging voter's registration pending determination of the challenge.(b) Sections 16.037(c) and (d) apply to a reinstatement under this section.
