Section 15.085 - Unlawful Use of Information on Suspense Lists(a) A person commits an offense if the person uses information in connection with advertising or promoting commercial products or services that the person knows was obtained under Section 15.082 or 15.084.(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 797, Sec. 15, eff. 9/1/1995.
